To see the comments you have to click on the respective topic. Then u will find all replies for that topicl That is why i put an email notification so that u will get an email when somebody comments on one topic. But right now i can only add 10 email addresses , the workaround will be if everyone subscibes to google groups email account then that single email id i will mention so that eveyone gets the mail
well all msgs are not displayed on home page intentionally , so tha page loading will not consume much time. You need to click and peep through each topic.
Sandeep mentioned good idea to put all the opening list in respective companies, which wil help job aspirants/changers
